Your First Visit

Here is a breakdown of what to expect on your first visit. We are excited to have you consider us as your Chiropractor and will help you every step of the way!


Booking Your Appointment

You may use our online booking service, call, or email us with a convenient time for your appointment. Your intake paperwork can be completed online prior to your appointment using the link you are emailed. Please confirm your appointment. Cancellations may be done 24 hours ahead of time. If cancelling within 24 hours, a 50% charge of the service will be made by your credit card on file.


What to Bring

Bring any medical tests you have had performed recently. This may include blood work or imaging (e.g. X-Ray, MRI). Bring your insurance or Medicare cards if you plan on utilizing them. Affordable cash plans are also available. We also require a valid photo ID. Finally, wear comfortable clothes that are not too restrictive for movement.


At the Office

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please allow extra time to complete your paperwork if you did not complete it. At your appointment time, you will be taken to a treatment room. The doctor will perform a complete medical history and a physical exam. Afterwards, we will begin any treatments which may be necessary.


After Your Visit

Once treatment has finished, you may be given home exercises or lifestyle modifications to be performed on your own.

We are in network and work with the following insurance companies:

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
Medicare Part B
United Healthcare/UMR

Telehealth video sessions are available for a $40 fee.
We are offering home visits for $100 for a treatment if you do not want to come to the office and are within a 5 mile range of our office. Please contact the office to schedule.

Please Note: A 50% fee will be charged if your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours.

FSA/HSA Cards may also be used.
After the initial intake exam, we have many payment options for cash available including both package deals and monthly adjustment programs. We also accept CareCredit.
